Equipping Catholic Families for the 12 Days of Christmas
So despite the stores already clearing up their Christmas displays and neighbors kicking their Christmas Tree to the curb, we celebrate the 12 Days of Christmas beginning with Christmas Day and continuing until January 5th/the Feast of Epiphany. It can be hard to keep the Christmas spirit alive, if you’ve seen all the Christmas movies throughout Advent, leading up to the big day!

We’re already in the second week of May! Here’s a quick picture summary of some of our favorite Rosary and Mary Crafts!
Our oversized wood bead Rosary has always been a hit at the conferences we attend. This is a pretty simple craft made with wooden beads, a wooden cross and a wooden heart, acrylic paint and mod podge…and it’s one of the favorites in our book A Treasure Chest of Traditions for Catholic Families*

Holy Week is upon us!
Sometimes as we reach the Home Stretch of Lent: Holy Week!, we realize that we need to renew our focus of our Lenten Resolutions and reflect more intently on the Passion of Christ. These Passion Play and Stations of the Cross crafts can help to express and reflect on the events of this very important week, beginning with the Entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday to the triumphant Resurrection on Easter Sunday.

This year will be no different, although I feel a little better prepared!
