We had a SNOW DAY on Tuesday!

I put together a collection of Catholic Crafts to make with materials you most likely already have at home!

We have used these catapults at TWO Medieval Birthday parties…flinging mini-marshmallows into cardboard castles.

Egg Carton Saints: Mother Mary

Today, I bought the TWO tutorials that Michele offers…and the only thing holding me back is I don’t have enough empty egg cartons!

1. Did you pick a Patron Saint for the New Year? I used the Saint Generator at Conversion Diary and received St Raymon Nonnatus…and I received St John Gualbert in the 2014 Patron Saint for the Year Devotion at A Catholic Life.

7 Quick Takes: Cool Stuff for Catholics’2013

So I’m running with scissors a little bit for this edition of 7 Quick Takes during these Christmas holidays! We’re enjoying some awesome family time with our ice rink in our Winter Wonderland of a backyard, after the ice storm a couple days ago! The luge run is under construction…and some of the big fallen tree limbs will be taken away by the town…soon. It’s sad to see some of the fallen trees around town, but the ice and snow covered branches sure are pretty!
