We’ve just released Series THREE of our Saint Scripts Craft Kits! Each kit includes a master set of Saint postcards or recipe cards with the Kelly Saints image, quick facts and short bio. These are great for quick reference…and we’ve put them on a ring for an easy Saints resource at home, quick facts and distraction in the van and for display at Catholic conferences.
The other half of each Saint Scripts Craft Kit is comprised of half-page, black and white templates with matching formats to the postcards, ready to color and fill in the info.
I printed out Series THREE for 9 year old Bridget to fill in…she of course chose girl saints for her first three… and I think she did an awesome job!
I think that this would be an awesome craft at your All Saints Party…especially as the kids arrive and before all the rowdier All Saints activities begin. Each child can find the postcard of the Saint they are dressed up as (or another saint of their choosing) and quickly fill in some or all of the info on a black and white template. They could take their Saint Recipe Card home with them as a great memento of this year’s All Saints’ Party!
The Saint Recipe Cards may also be assigned one per student per class for the month of November! Imagine the collection of Saint Recipe Cards your class can collect and how much the students will learn about these mentors in our Faith!
