That book look sgrogeous and the dolls are so cute. We are keeping things imple this year for the Nativity of Mary since we only had the morning togther. We did a breakfast “tea” with GFCF waffle cake, vanilla ice cream (white to show her purity and sweet, b/c she is), blueberries (blue being Mary’s color), white sliced bananas and apple-pears (for purity). Before it, we sanf Mary Happy birthday, prayed the Hail Mary and another prayer from a kids Praying with the Saints book I have. Then, we read Catholic Treasury stories about Mary and did some coloring before moving on to Mass prep and Mass. In the past, we have done Nativity of Mary Workbox/Montessori shelf stuff, last-minute, on-the-fly Nativity of Mary celebrations, Life of Mary 3-Part Sequencing cards and a Simple Happy Birthday Mary tea. The links for all these can be found at the bottom of this post – http://traininghappyhearts.blogspot.com/2013/09/a-quick-and-easy-craft-for-exaltation.html
