Prompt Me to Pray through Advent and Christmas

I’ve always been a fan of living more liturgically throughout the Catholic Seasons AND I’ve got a renewed passion for developing personal prayer and those TWO things are coming together!

This past summer, I released my new book Prompt Me to Pray and we’ve received wonderful feedback from so many people! We’ve actually heard from some readers that this little book has changed their prayer life! I’m humbled and honored…and so excited to find others as excited as I am with this practical plan that works to develop more consistent prayer from the heart and a deeper relationship with Jesus!

Before we entered the Liturgical Season of Advent, I realized that we can use the same approach to prompting more consistent prayer throughout Advent. In fact, focusing on developing our prayer lives can be one and the same preparation and program for Advent!
I really can’t think of anything more important than praying more… as we prepare our hearts to receive Jesus at Christmas!

and now, I’ve created the Prompt Me to Pray Easy Quick Guide to Christmas to help us actually celebrate the full season of Christmas that starts on Christmas Day! Especially this year, it seems when many of us have opted to celebrate Christmas even earlier, I think it’s a good reminder that as Catholics…we celebrate Christmas for TWELVE whole days until the Solemnity of the Epiphany!
(Some celebrate the Season of Christmas until the Feast of the Baptism of Jesus (January 10th)
or the Feast of the Presentation of Our Lord (February 2nd).
