This is the spiritual biography of Fr. Don Dolindo Ruotolo, written by his devoted niece Grazia and researcher Luciano Regolo.

Fr Dolindo lived a life of humility, obedience and love for the Church, despite hardships and persecution. He is well known for the simple prayer “Jesus, I surrender myself to You – please take care of everything” and Surrender Novena.

While Fr. Dolindo’s Surrender Novena and Prayer is becoming very well known, I found it difficult to find an English book about Fr. Dolindo’s life and insight into his approach to prayer, until this NEW release by Tan Books. Find HERE.

His own niece shares beautiful memories, and countless personal interactions are presented from record books located next to Fr. Ruotolo’s tomb. From an early age, he embraced suffering and penance, and made a complete act of surrender to God,

‘for God to do with him as He pleased’.

I haven’t finished the book yet, but I am enjoying reading it slowly, taking in all the beautiful stories from this humble soul’s life and testimonies of people who were blessed by his intercession, friendship and example.
