I was delighted to find a leather Bible cover for my Ascension Edition of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, as it’s my third attempt to tackle Catechism in a Year! I think this beautiful leather book cover will inspire me to continue on, keeping my trusty sticky notes, notebook, highlighter pen and pencil altogether in one spot.
This particular Bible cover was not in stock, but it arrived VERY quickly! Amelia prepared me that it could take 25 days for production and shipping, but it arrived in just 11 days!
Perusing the CathoLight website, I LOVE their line of quality Leather purses, bags and book covers and when I went snooping through their jewellery line of necklaces, I bookmarked the Catholight Openwork French Auspice Maria Necklace.

When Amelia from Catholight offered to gift me one of their Catholight leather bags, I chose the Divine Madonna and Child Bible Cover in the smaller “Medium” size. It’s actually a little snug. I think I would recommend at least the “Large” size for the Ascension Edition of the Catechism…and most Bibles of a similar size.
I am very happy with the design that is printed on both front and back covers, and the quality of the leather spine strap, stitching and inside heavy-duty fabric with sewn pockets for pens and notes. It also includes a leather strap and solid loops on the spine, to carry the zipped up book, as an over-the shoulder purse.
